BİTLİS YÖRESİNDE YETİŞEN Plantago lanceolata BİTKİSİNİN ANTİOKSİDAN VE ANTİMİKROBİAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

چکیده

Bitkiler, eski çağlardan günümüze kadar çeşitli tedavi yöntemlerinde kullanılmıştır. Sunulan çalışma ile Bitlis yöresinde geleneksel olarak tüketilen Plantago lanceolata’nın antioksidan ve antimikrobiyal özellikleri süperoksit dismutaz glutatyon-s-transferaz enzim aktiviteleri yanında Fe, Zn Cu düzeyleri incelendi. Antioksidan DPPH metodu süperoksitdismutaz glutatyon-S-transferaz saptanarak belirlendi. Antimikrobiyal disk difüzyon metodu, iz mineral ise spektrofotometrik tespit edildi. Elde edilen sonuçlar, Tatvan’dan toplanan bitki örneklerinin en yüksek aktiviteye sahip olması aktivitesi miktarı açısından da daha zengin içeriğe olduğunu gösterdi. Bunlara ek olarak, Adilcevaz’dan alınan örnekler dışındaki numuneleri kullanılan mikroorganizmalar üzerine zayıf etki sergiledi.
